Cancellation
To cancel your order, please notify ANA Gift no later than two (2) business days after the order date.Please note that the order cannot be cancelled if the product has already been shipped or delivered.
If you place your order on the Internet, we will issue a confirmation number for your order. If you order by fax or mail, we will issue an order number upon completion of the order process. If you have ordered two or more products under one confirmation number / order number, you cannot cancel only one or some of the products under the same number. Upon cancellation, all products under the applicable confirmation number/order number will be cancelled. In such a case, you must order the product(s) again.
