Be sure to read the following terms before placing your order.
- We do not accept orders over the phone because verbal communication can cause a misunderstanding.
- Product prices include shipping charges and taxes. However, an additional $10 will be charged for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship products to Canada.
- If you want to attach a noshi paper (for Japanese gifts only), select the purpose of gift in the "Noshi" column. We will enclose a sticker corresponding to the specified purpose. We cannot write a name or a message on the noshi paper.
- We make doubly sure that all our products are of satisfactory quality. However, in the event you receive a defective product, please contact us and we will replace the product. Please be informed that seasonal products may be replaced by similar products.
- If the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, moving or absence of the recipient for a long period, we will charge the cost of redelivery to the sender. We do not accept order cancellation nor can we refund the price, given the nature of our products.
- Normally the product will be delivered within about 10 days after our receipt of the order. However, a seasonal product having a limited delivery period will be delivered within the specified period. Please note that delivery is not made on certain days during the Golden Week and Year End/New Year periods.
- If you want to specify the delivery date, please contact the Service Desk when you place your order. We may not be able to meet your request, depending on the date of your order and the type of product.
- Pay attention to the order cut-off date for year-end gift items, Christmas gift items and other seasonal products.
- Fruits are subject to delayed delivery, order cancellation or size change due to weather, bad harvest and other reasons beyond our control. For some fruits the production region may change, depending on the harvest conditions.
- If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we may ask you to delay the delivery or send a different product. If you want to cancel the order due to a lack of stock, we will promptly refund your money.
- Even if you send different products to the same recipient or order them on the same day, they may not arrive on the same day.
- Both you and the recipient must be at least 21 years old to order/receive alcoholic beverages. State law prohibits us from sending alcoholic beverages to Tennessee.
- The product photographs featured on the site are provided for reference purposes only. The actual products may vary.
- We sell alcoholic beverages to US DOMES as an authorized agent.
