How to Order
- Place the desired product(s) in the Shopping Cart.
- Click Go to Checkout in the Shopping Cart screen.
*If you already have an account with ANA Gift Service, log onto the site now.
If you are using ANA Gift Service for the first time, please register as a user. - Specify the delivery location for each product.
- Enter the payment information and applicable discount options.
- When the final order confirmation screen appears, click the Confirm the Order button.
- When the order process is complete, a confirmation number will be displayed and ANA Gift Service will send you a confirmation e-mail. Be sure to check the confirmation number and e-mail. (You can also check your order history on ¡ÈMy Account.¡É) If a confirmation number is not displayed, the order process might not have been completed properly. Please contact ANA Gift Service.
Payment Method
We accept only credit card payment for products ordered on the Internet or by fax. Enter the type of credit card used along with the credit card number, name, expiration date and CVV number, as stated on the card. Your name, credit card number and other personal information are protected by the NAME 4.0 system. The information will not be disclosed to third parties without your authorization.*The order will be canceled if your credit card is not approved.
Notes on Order
- Normally the gift item is delivered around ten (10) days after receiving order. However, this does not apply to products whose delivery days are limited.
*For seasonal products the aforementioned delivery period may vary slightly, depending on the weather condition at the producing region, etc.
Basically the products are delivered in the sequence ordered. Moreover, please note that certain products cannot be ordered or delivered during the Golden Week and year-end / New Year periods. - If you wish to use a Noshi sticker (limited to gifts sent to destinations within Japan), select the purpose of gift in the Noshi field.
- If the order is returned or not delivered because the address cannot be found or is incorrect, no one is home for a long period, or the recipient has moved, etc., we will charge the incurred costs to the sender. Based on the nature of the products, we cannot refund the sender for returned or non-delivered products.
- Be sure to enter the zip code and telephone number of the sender and recipient.
- If the products you ordered are out of stock, ANA Gift Service will contact you.
- Orders must be received before a specified date for year-end gifts, Christmas gifts and other products available for limited periods of time. We recommend that you place your orders early, because many orders come in right before the order closing date.
- The prices of gifts sent to destinations in Japan and the U.S. include shipping charges and taxes. However, deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to an additional shipping charge of ten (10) dollars. Please note that we do not deliver to Canada.
- Please note that some products may not be delivered to the same address on the same day or may arrive on the different day even if you place an order at once, depending on the types of products.
- We do not accept orders by phone, because phone orders are prone to errors. Your understanding is appreciated.
